Dancing with the Stars judges' leaderboard was topped by actress Rumer Willis and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy during Monday night's broadcast of the twentieth season's Top 6 performance show.

In a night that featured the remaining six pairs performing an individual ballroom routine selected for them by America and an additional "trio dance," Rumer and Val finished in first place on the judges' leaderboard with a perfect score of 80 out of 80 possible points.

For the "trio dance," each celebrity and professional pairing picked one previously-eliminated pro dancer or member of the Dancing with the Stars Troupe to join their performance and show off the celebrity's strengths. The trio routine was eligible to receive up to 40 possible points and added to each contestant's individual score from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli.

Rumer and Val first took the stage with a rumba routine suggested for them by America. They earned 40 out of 40 judges' points and then followed it up with a trio dance featuring eliminated pro Artem Chigvintsev. The trio performed a paso doble that also earned a perfect score from the judges.

R5 frontman Riker Lynch and partner Allison Holker finished in second place on the judging leaderboard with a total of 78 points. They first performed an individual Viennese waltz worthy of 39 points. Riker and Allison then danced a jazz routine with Troup dancer Brittany Cherry for their trio, earning an additional 39 judges' points.

Third place on the leaderboard went to Olympian Nastia Liukin and her temporary partner Sasha Farber -- who's filling in for an injured Derek Hough -- with 76 total points. Nastia and Sasha received 36 points for their individual paso doble routine and then a perfect score of 40 points for their trio dance, which also featured Derek performing a jive routine with them.

The Bachelor star Chris Soules and partner Witney Carson landed in fourth place on the leaderboard with 64 total points. Chris and Witney first took the stage with a contemporary routine and hit it out of the park with 34 points from the judges -- which was their highest score all season. However, their trio dance with Troupe member Lindsay Arnold wasn't as impressive, and their paso doble only received 30 points.

Fifth place on the leaderboard belonged to U.S. Army veteran Noah Galloway and partner Sharna Burgess with 63 total points. Noah and Sharna's individual tango routine racked in 31 points from the judges, followed by their 32-point worthy trio dance. The couple performed a salsa alongside eliminated pro Emma Slater for the trio round.

Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec and partner Kym Johnson finished in sixth -- and last -- place on the judging leaderboard with 62 total points. Robert and Kym graced the stage with a contemporary routine that earned 33 points. They then performed a samba routine in a trio with Troupe member Jenna Johnson. The trio received only 29 points from the judges.

Tuesday night's Dancing with the Stars broadcast will feature a special double elimination in which two couples will be sent home as a result of the combined total of judges' scores and home viewer votes they had received from the last two weeks of competition. The four pairs who survive the cut will advance to this season's semifinals.
