"In the last five weeks, I started the carnivore diet," Alan, 29, shared with Us Weekly at the Race to Erase MS Gala on May 10, adding how he's been eating a lot of eggs and steaks.

"I'm not preaching it to anyone. I did it myself. I kind of did it under like, just trying not to tell anyone and it completely changed my life."

Alan said he found this "carnivore diet" on TikTok and, since trying it, has "so much more energy." Alan gushed about how his body has been changing drastically.

"I'm so happy and I've lost a lot of weight, which is insane," Alan boasted. "I really didn't expect that. I think in five weeks, I lost like 20 pounds."

Alan told the magazine that he feels "incredible" and has been waking up early every morning to start his day.

"My house is clean," he quipped. "I don't know who this is."

Alan also pointed out how he's been working out every day with a personal trainer, adding, "I do weight training every day but Pilates is my new secret thing. I do it every single day."

Fellow Dancing with the Stars pro Emma Slater even told Us that Alan has had a major physical transformation.

"He looks very skinny right now," Emma acknowledged. "He's got so much discipline so he's all about that carnivore diet."

But Alan also insisted he's in a good place mentally and feels "very lucky" for his health and well-being.

"Whether that's from looking good or feeling good, whatever that is, I'm really appreciative of that," shared the pro dancer and choreographer.

"I think a lot of people can take that for granted and I think mental health is extremely important as well as physical health. I feel very lucky."

ABC has yet to announce an official premiere date for Dancing with the Stars' new season, and the show's cast -- its celebrities and their pro partners -- will be revealed at a later date.

Last season, Dancing with the Stars was hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough.

Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba served as judges for Dancing with the Stars' 32nd season.

Actress Xochitl Gomez and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy won the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy for Dancing with the Stars' 32rd season.

The runner-up of Dancing with the Stars' 32nd season was singer Jason Mraz, and the other finalists were The Bachelorette alum Charity Lawson, Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, and actress Alyson Hannigan.

In The Bachelor world, Season 28 star Joey Graziadei recently revealed he'd be interested in competing on Dancing with the Stars' upcoming season.

"If that call comes, we'll talk it over," Joey told Entertainment Tonight earlier this year in a joint interview with his fiancee, The Bachelor's Season 28 winner Kelsey Anderson.

"We'll see if it can happen," Joey added, before quipping, "I've got some moves."

Alan joined Dancing with the Stars for its 25th season, and he has competed on a total of eight seasons.

Alan won Dancing with the Stars' 28th season with former The Bachelorette star Hannah Brown. Other than his first-place victory with Hannah, the professional partner has never finished higher than fourth place.
