Dancing with the Stars pro Alan Bersten has never won a mirrorball trophy before, but he apparently wants to win Season 28 just for his celebrity partner, The Bachelorette star Hannah Brown.

"I would love to win the mirrorball, but honestly, I just want Hannah to win it," Alan wrote in his Entertainment Tonight blog.

"I want Hannah to feel good about every performance and I want her to realize she is the reason we're even in the semifinals. Her hard work, dedication and amazing personality is why we're still here. I'm just so proud of her."
Alan went on to share what separates Hannah from the partners he's had in the past -- Debbie Gibson, Mirai Nagasu, and Alexis Ren.

"I think Hannah is just so genuine," Alan explained.
"She really cares about this and it shows in her dancing. She wants this and you can see that every time she takes the stage."
The highest Alan has ever placed on Dancing with the Stars was fourth. He finished in fourth place with both Mirai and Alexis on the show's 26th and 27th seasons, respectively.
Alan expressed in his blog how he's "so happy" to have made the semifinals again, especially with Hannah.
"It's so crazy!! We're so happy to be here and can't wait to dance again for you guys!" Alan gushed.

"It's all so exciting but now the pressure is definitely on. We are very focused on creating some special numbers this week. Hannah is working so hard and I can tell she wants this so badly!"

Alan wrote that although the season is getting more competitive with each passing week, he has learned to "just have FUN."
"The semifinals are very stressful," Alan admitted, "but the best dances come from a good, encouraging environment. So this week we're just focusing on having fun!"
He added, "When it comes down to these final weeks of the competition, I think the pros are competitive but in a friendly way. We all want everyone to do well."

So what's Alan and Hannah's strategy going into Monday night's performance show on November 18th?!
"I think this week we have to get into the dance more than ever. We have an emotional dance and I would love for everyone to feel the story she's going to be telling," Alan revealed.
Alan and Hannah, who competed for Colton Underwood's heart on The Bachelor's 23rd season before starring on The Bachelorette 15, will dance a new individual routine as well as a "redemption" dance.
"All of us will also compete in a Redemption Round, where we recreate a piece we previously performed this season," Alan explained.
"I feel like this week is a great indication of how much everyone has grown throughout this competition. It's very important that we do better this time than the first time we danced it."

Alan told his fans, "I can tell you that Hannah and are dancing to two beautiful songs and I can't wait for these dances! They are slower, but I love them."
Although Hannah and Alan haven't exactly been frontrunners in the Dancing with the Stars competition, Hannah continues to improve each week, and she receives solid scores that typically land her in the middle of the judges' leaderboard.
For the first half of the competition, however, Dancing with the Stars' judges were asking Hannah to break down her walls and show the world more layers of herself. Carrie Ann Inaba, especially, wanted to see through Hannah's cheerleader-like smile and into her heart.
Hannah reportedly had a breakdown last month and admitted on Instagram her experience on Dancing with the Stars had been "defeating" and "grueling;" however, she came back better than ever on the November 4 performance show.
Carrie Ann called her quickstep routine with Alan that week "a gamechanger" and said she had "the comeback of the season." (Last week, Hannah and Alan finished in fourth place on the leaderboard).
Now that Hannah has got her groove back, she and Alan are a force to be reckoned with going into the next show, but tough competition still stands in their way of victory -- including actor James Van Der Beek and pop star Ally Brooke.
