According to court documents obtained by the magazine, Emma listed April 1, 2022, as the spouses' date of separation.

Emma also cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her split from Sasha, 38.

Emma and Sasha, however, appear to still have an amicable relationship. They've been working together on the Dancing with the Stars tour and perform a "cheeky samba" together on the road, according to one of Sasha's Instagram posts.

Emma and Sasha got married on March 25, 2018, but they've had an on-again, off-again relationship for more than a decade.

Multiple sources told Us in August 2022 that Emma and Sasha had ended their marriage.

Emma and Sasha "have been apart for many months now," a source said at the time. "They both have not been wearing their wedding rings and are each leading a single life."

The source explained how the pro dancers and choreographers had "a tough decision" to make about their breakup but were "figuring out" what life would look like if they're apart.

"It's been a difficult time since they really care about each other and have been together for so long," the source added.

Emma and Sasha were reportedly "leaning on friends for support" and planned to "continue to work together as professional dancers."

"They're pros and won't let their personal life get in the way of Dancing with the Stars," the source noted.

Emma and Sasha sparked breakup rumors in early 2022 when they stopped posting about each other on Instagram.

The pair, for example, didn't comment on social media about their fourth wedding anniversary, which came and went in March 2022.

Emma and Sasha met in 2009 while performing on Broadway's "Burn The Floor" and they began dating in 2011. The pair broke up once before in 2014.

During that 2014 break, Emma told Glamour, "I don't think we're supposed to finish together."

"I think there are other people that might make us both individually happy, but I'm always going to be his best friend," she elaborated. "It has just happened in the way we have gone from a beautiful three-year relationship, which I love and cherish, to best friends."

Emma and Sasha eventually got back together and then Sasha proposed marriage to the blonde beauty in 2016. The former couple tied the knot in a "fairy tale" wedding in Los Angeles two years later.

Emma and Sasha both competed on Dancing with the Stars' 31st season late last year, which wrapped in November.

Sasha was partnered with actress Selma Blair, who had to withdraw from the competition in Week 5 due to her battle with multiple sclerosis, and Emma and her celebrity partner, actor Trevor Donovan, finished the show in sixth place.

Emma and Trevor raised eyebrows with their noticeable onstage chemistry.

Emma told Us during the Dancing with the Stars season that it was "so easy" to be herself with Trevor.

"We have a very familiar and light chemistry. It's a fun thing. It can show up as passion on the dance floor, but we're just having fun," Trevor explained in the joint interview.

"We have fun every day we rehearse even when she's about to explode because I'm doing things wrong that I used to do right. But it's the levity and the lightness of our friendship and stuff, I think, that really translates to the dance."

Trevor concluded that he and Emma were just "100 percent comfortable" with each other.
