"Our sweet and tiny girl joined our family May 3rd in the afternoon and we have been on cloud 9 ever since," the pro dancer and choreographer, 29, captioned an Instagram post on Saturday, May 6.
Lindsay shared three photos of her baby girl, who was born weighing five pounds and seven ounces, swaddled in a pink blanket.
Lindsay went on to share her birth story and how she welcomed June via C-section.
"Baby girl came out butt first and I was actually able to watch most of this delivery through a plastic curtain, I wasn't able to see with Sage," Lindsay wrote.
Lindsay welcomed her first-born daughter, Sage Jill, with husband Sam Cusick in November 2020.
Lindsay continued of her labor and delivery experience with June: "Contractions started for me early that morning at 38 weeks 5 days pregnant (just one day earlier than when I went into labor with Sage). The contractions started out strong but then in the late morning slowed down quite a bit."
Lindsay recalled going for a walk, taking Sage to dance class, and then finishing up some last minute work-related things -- all the while having contractions 25 minutes apart.
"Around 2PM, they picked back up and quickly went from 10 min apart to 3 all in about 30 min. I called Sam and he raced home from work. We dropped Sage off at my parents house and headed to the hospital!" Lindsay shared in her post.
"By the time I got there contractions were consistently two min apart and VERY intense. They checked my dilation and I was at 4cm, checked baby girls position and she was still breech (had been breech since 30 weeks) so they called my dr and he said it was time to get baby girl out and move forward with a c section."
Lindsay said she received her spinal block and then nurses prepped her for surgery.

After June came out "butt first," Lindsay said, "When it was time for her head to come out, that's when we could see that the cord was wrapped around baby girls neck (explains why she was breech). It was extremely difficult for them to pull her head out and the cord was compressing around her neck as they pulled."

When doctors released June's head, they "quickly unraveled the cord," according to Lindsay, which "was wrapped around our sweet girls neck 6 times."
Lindsay called it a "very scary and shocking moment" for everyone in the room.
"My doctor said he has never seen a cord wrapped that many times," Lindsay revealed, adding, "They quickly and effectively worked on getting baby girl breathing and alert which took a few minutes."
While Lindsay said those minutes "felt like forever," she and Sam were "so blessed" to have June breathing on her own.
"Our little June came out fighting and we are so proud of her and just so in love. We are soaking up every moment with our girls and just want to say thank you for all of the love and support for our family," Lindsay concluded.
Lindsay added one day later on Instagram, "Can't imagine life without our sweet June. It feels like she has always been with us," before posting a video of her labor and birth Vlog.

"Mama and baby are healthy and we are soaking up every minute with our little piece of Heaven. Thank you for all the love we will share more soon. #birth #babygirl #laboranddelivery #csection #birthannouncement," she wrote earlier this month.
Before giving birth, Lindsay wrote a sweet tribute to Sage in an April post.
"I have been feeling all the emotions as we get closer and closer to becoming a family of four," Lindsay shared at the time.
"It's crazy to think that there will be another baby girl in our family and I can't quite wrap my head around how my heart is going to handle doubling in size again when she arrives but I know that it will and I'm so excited."
"We are beyond grateful and blessed for the time we have had with Sage as our little fam of 3 and we are all so excited and ready to have baby sister join our family so soon," she continued.
"My heart literally explodes when I think about seeing Sage with her baby sister for the first time."
Lindsay revealed she was pregnant again in late October 2022.
"We are beyond grateful and feel so blessed to be adding a new addition to our family," Lindsay wrote on Instagram.
She later added, "You guys this is literally the best thing in the world, to be able to able to tell you all our amazing news. It's been our little secret for a while."
The pro dancer and choreographer then revealed in early November that she had a baby girl on the way. She and her husband hosted a gender-reveal party at their Utah home.
"We are beyond excited to bring another sweet girl into our family and so so happy that Sage will have a sister," Lindsay gushed.
Lindsay later reflected on her pregnancy via Instagram Stories, telling her followers, "You guys, we are having another girl!... I obviously would've been happy with either a boy or a girl, I would be stoked, but I am so excited that Sage is going to have a little sister."

Lindsay had struggled to conceive her second child, which she was open about with her followers on Instagram.
Lindsay revealed in a YouTube video in October how she and Sam started trying for another baby in January 2022, which she acknowledged was not a very long time compared to other couples out there.
"Month 9, I get a faint positive test. It was very faint... I was also testing way early... and then literally every day after that was negative," Lindsay said in the YouTube video.
Lindsay shared how she could've had a chemical pregnancy or a false positive, which is rare.
"It was awful because I got so excited. I was so pumped out of my mind and told Sam... and it was super disappointing to have all that [taken away]," Lindsay said.
But the following month, Lindsay discovered she was pregnant again.
"I thought I had it hard, but I know other people have it so much worse," Lindsay noted.
Lindsay decided not to compete on Dancing with the Stars' 31st season late last year because she was focused on Sage.
"Doing what is best for my daughter is always going to be at the top of my list!" Lindsay wrote on Instagram before the Disney+ season premiered in September.
"As many of you know, my family and I live in UT and in order to do DWTS I have to move myself and my daughter Sage out to LA and leave behind my husband Sam who works full time here in Utah."
She elaborated, "And there is a lot of sacrifice that has to be made that unfortunately just did not feel right for us this time around. We exhausted every option we could think of to make it work but at the end of the day, none of the options felt good in my heart or felt like the right thing for our lives right now."

"We are also trying to grow our family and that in itself is a complicated logistical thing as I'm sure many of you understand," Lindsay wrote.
"All this being said it's so important to me that you understand none of this has anything to do with my love for the show as that will NEVER change and it also doesn't mean that this is the end for me and DWTS."
"Although this decision has been so hard to make," she added, "I feel so much peace about it and know that it is the right thing to do."
Lindsay announced she was pregnant with her first child in May 2020, just one month before she and Samuel celebrated five years of marriage.
Lindsay and Samuel were high school sweethearts who tied the knot at the Salt Lake Temple in Salt Lake City, UT, in June 2015. Approximately 150 guests reportedly attended their reception at the Sleepy Ridge estate.
Fellow Dancing with the Stars pros Jenna Johnson and Emma Slater were among her bridesmaids in her wedding, with Witney Carson serving as her maid of honor.

Lindsay did not compete on Dancing with the Stars' 29th season because she was pregnant at the time, but she joined the show for Season 30 and danced with The Bachelor alum Matt James.
Lindsay joined Dancing with the Stars as a pro partner for Season 16 and has competed in 10 seasons overall.
