Val, 31, and Jenna, 23, called it quits on their romance in 2016 following a rocky on-again, off-again romance, but reconciliation rumors sparked in June 2017 when the couple was spotted on a European vacation together.
Well, according to Val, his relationship is more serious than fans may have been led to believe.
"I'm in a great place and I'm in love," the professional dancer told The Insider. "I'm very grateful for that."
In January 2016, Val opened up to Life & Style about wanting to settle down with one special woman.

"It's like all of my friends are getting married and getting pregnant and I'm just at the kids' table," Val said at the time. "I would love a family."
Val's brother, fellow Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, actually just got married to the love of his life, Peta Murgatroyd, in July of this year.
When asked whether he hopes to walk down the aisle soon, following in Maksim's footsteps, Val said, "Yeah, is that what it's called, the wedding bug? Or have I gained a different perspective on, you know, what love is and what happiness is?"
Val and Jenna were spotted flirting and getting cozy at Maksim and Peta's wedding this summer.
Before rekindling his flame with Jenna, Val dated Amber Rose, whom he split from in February after about five months of dating.

"We decided to end our relationship... and did so with humility and understanding. She's an amazing woman and I feel very lucky to have gotten to know and love. An amazing mother, an awesome friend, a loving human period," Val wrote on Instagram at the time. "Reserved, poised and loyal. To stress that to the more common folk 'she loyal af.'"
Val had also previously been linked to Kelly Monaco in 2012 and Janel Parrish in 2014; however, neither relationship ever grew into something serious.
Jenna is currently competing on So You Think You Can Dance's fourteenth season with contestant Kiki Nyemchek, who made the Top 9 contestants.
ABC announced the 25th edition of Dancing with the Stars will premiere with a two-hour episode on Monday, September 18 at 8PM ET/PT.
