Derek Hough and Mark Ballas couldn't get any closer -- literally.

Hough, 28, and Ballas, 27, reportedly bought a home for $1.275 million in the Hollywood Hills, splitting the cost right down the middle.
The bachelor pad reportedly features a huge closet and kitchen, spa bath and "his and his" sinks in the master bedroom.
Hough has appeared on Dancing with the Stars since its fifth season in 2007, however, he took Season 12 off to pursue an acting role in the movie COBU 3D.
Ballas joined the reality dancing competition for its fifth season and has stuck with it ever since.
