According to ET, Lewis has suffered an unspecified injury that will not allow him to compete this week.
Burke appears to have hinted at the dancing couple's withdrawal in an Instagram posting on Sunday.

"Hair courtesy of @kelseygusto, glam courtesy of @crabichuk, deep thought courtesy of the upcoming live show," the Dancing with the Stars pro captioned a photo showing her glancing pensively away from a mirror.
Lewis and Burke had landed in the competition's bottom two along with Mary Wilson and her professional partner Brandon Armstrong during last week's Dancing with the Stars' broadcast, which featured the season's first elimination.
However, in a new twist, Dancing with the Stars judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman were able to vote to save one of the bottom-two couples from elimination and opted to save Lewis and Burke.
Earlier this month, former supermodel Christie Brinkley was forced to withdraw from the competition after she suffered a broken arm during rehearsal and was forced to undergo immediate surgery on her wrist and arm.
Brinkley was replaced by her daughter, 21-year-old model Sailor Brinkley-Cook.

"Showbiz is all about getting a break, and Sailor and I both got one on Dancing with the Stars this season," Brinkley, 65, said in a statement before Dancing with the Stars' premiere.
"Sailor joined the cast when I got mine... ouch somebody stop me, it hurts to laugh!"

Brinkley told Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron her arm had one of the worst breaks her doctor had ever seen. She apparently broke two bones and needed a metal plate and screws put in her arm.
