Rashad and his professional partner Emma Slater topped the leaderboard in first place after they received a perfect total score of 80 points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Julianne Hough.
In the first round, each celebrity and professional pairing had to perform a "Redemption Style" dance in which they attempted to improve upon a previously-performed routine on the show, either the Viennese waltz or the quickstep.
The second round featured the fan-favorite and ever-popular "Freestyle Dances" in which the pairs had no rules to follow and could create a supersized routine with as many props and backup dancers as desired.
Rashad and Emma first reprised their Week 2 Viennese waltz to "Dark Times" by The Weeknd featuring Ed Sheeran. The pair earned 40 out of 40 points for their redemption dance.
Rashad and Emma then followed that up with a freestyle designed to resemble a Super Bowl halftime show. Rashad implemented some of his own choreography and decided drums would play a major role in the music since marching bands always got him pumped up at games.
The couple received another score of 40 points from the judges for this routine, which Julianne said will go down as one of the most "iconic" Dancing with the Stars freestyles of all time.
Second place on the judges' leaderboard belonged to Normani and partner Val Chmerkovskiy with a total of 78 points.
Normani and Val initially took the stage with the quickstep they had performed in Week 1 to "Check It Out" by Oh the Larceny for their redemption dance, which earned 38 points from the judges.
For Normani and Val's freestyle, they performed a contemporary routine that incorporated many styles of dance. It was a beautiful, emotional piece meant to represent how every person can bring love and light into this world. The pair danced in white as the entire audience waved glowsticks in the air.
For their freestyle, the pair received 40 points from the judges. Prior to this performance show, Normani had twisted her ankle in rehearsal.
David and partner Lindsay Arnold finished in third -- and last -- place on the leaderboard after they racked in a total of 73 judges' points.

In Round 1, David and Lindsay Arnold took the stage with their Week 4 Viennese waltz routine set to "Let's Hurt Tonight" by OneRepublic, which earned only 33 points from the judges.
Following their redemption dance, David and Lindsay rocked the ballroom with a baseball-themed freestyle in which the couple started out serving concessions.
Baseball bats were used as props throughout the dance, and it was meant to focus on David's love of the sport and career playing the game.
David and Lindsay received their first perfect score of the season, 40 points, for their fun freestyle.
Dancing with the Stars will crown its Season 24 champion Tuesday night on ABC after the three couples perform an additional "24-Hour Fusion" number. The challenge requires each couple to fuse two contrasting dance styles into one routine, and they'll only have 24 hours to prepare for it.
The upcoming two-and-a-half hour finale will also feature musical performances by Hailee Steinfeld, OneRepublic and Lady Antebellum.
