Amber and Val hit up Los Angeles' newest posh restaurant, Delilah, and were seen holding hands at their table, according to E! News.
An eyewitness caught Amber and the pro dancer leaving the restaurant and both individuals were "all smiles."
Amber dressed to impress in a skintight black bodycon dress, tights and thigh-high boots. Val wore ripped black jeans, a denim button-down shirt and a brown hat.
The Daily Mail obtained photos of Amber walking out of the restaurant while Val waited inside her new white Rolls Royce vehicle to drive her to their next destination. Amber joked with paparazzi she was "partying hard" but then revealed her real Halloween plans are to take her son Sebastian from a previous relationship Trick or Treating.
Speculation Amber and Val are romantically involved sparked when they posted photos of themselves on social media from Amber's 33rd birthday party during the weekend of October 22. Amber nearly kissed Val on the cheek in one picture, and in another, he hugged her waist and rested his head on her chest.
When asked about his relationship status last Monday, Val, 30, joked with Entertainment Tonight, "I'd make a cute couple with a lot of people, you know what I'm sayin? I can't control what people think. I live my life and I try to live it, you know, the way I want to live it."
A source previously told People that Val and the model/talk show host have a lot of potential as a couple.
"They met through Maks and really like each other," the source said. "It's very new, but it's going well."
Amber -- who became famous when she dated Kim Kardashian's now-husband Kanye West many years ago -- was the fifth celebrity eliminated from Dancing with the Stars. Val is still competing on the show with Olympian Laurie Hernandez.
