"I've stayed quiet about this but i can't anymore. I can't let this man ruin the lives of any other girl," Krebs said in a since-deleted post, according to E! News.
"He's decided to continue his patterns and do what he does best - put the blame on anyone else but himself. I will not let him do this any longer."
"He will come out with many more lies but the truth will prevail," she wrote."The last text message i sent to him. Paulie, i had given you MANY chance to come clean. You drew the line in the sand today. Cara doesn't deserve this. Danielle doesn't deserve this."
Maltby told fans last week she is "really struggling" in the wake of Calafiore's infidelity.
"Even this week, begging me to unblock him," the star said.
"I'm still trying to fortify my wall, all the while knowing, no matter what I block him on, he still has the capability to break it down and he's still trying."
"Somewhere in his mind though, he has made himself believe that it's ok to continue to tell me he needs me, misses me, still loves me and wants to fix everything," she told fans.
Calafiore told E! News in an interview Friday that Maltby "misinterpreted" his intentions.
Calafiore also said Tuesday on Instagram Stories there are "always multiple sides to a story."
He appeared to cast doubt on Maltby's claims, adding, "Assailants can sometimes disguise themselves as victims."
Krebs said in a tweet Wednesday that fans don't know the whole story about Maltby, Calafiore and Sorbello.
"You all don't even know the half of it. We have stayed quiet for close to a year," she wrote.
