Although she dropped the complaint against her two co-stars, Staub moved forward with her complaint against Laurita's 19-year-old daughter Ashley Holmes -- whom Staub claims chased her down in the country club's parking lot and shouted "I'll kill you" before pulling her hair so hard she ripped an extension out by the roots, according to The Record.
"I'm just a little afraid, to be honest with you," Staub told the judge.
Staub's courtroom appearance -- whch was also filmed by The Real Housewives cameras, according to The Record -- included a recount the incident, which allegedly began as she was leaving the ladies room.
"Jacqueline and Teresa were waiting for me and began yelling at me," Staub told the judge, according to The Record.
According to Staub, she attempted to walk away from the women but eventually grew more frightened and began running through the country club.
"I felt a little threatened," she told the judge, according to The Record, which added Staub claims to have been pushed and scratched and also broken her heel as she ran.
Staub's bodyguard then allegedly found her hiding in the parking lot and picked her up to carry her to her car, The Record reported, which is when she claims Holmes came running at her.
Holmes admits she pulled Staub's hair but told police she did it because she thought Staub hit her mother Laurita, however Laurita told police Staub did not hit her.
The judge issued a summons on charges of harassment and simple assault against Holmes, who was not in the courtroom and could not be reached, according to The Record.
Staub declined to comment after the hearing, with her lawyer noting her The Real Housewives contract includes a confidentiality agreement.
"She feels fine. The truth is the truth, the truth prevails and that is what courtrooms are for," he told The Record.
