According to the incident report, Haqq reportedly got into a minor collision and suffered minor injuries. Police had been notified of a black Mercedes-Benz blocking lanes and determined Haqq was under the influence of alcohol.
Officials took Haqq into custody at the Valley Jail in Van Nuys, and after spending a few hours in detainment, she was released on $30,000 bail around noon.
Haqq and her twin sister Khadijah Haqq McCray co-manage the Kardashian sisters' fashion boutique called DASH, according to People, and happenings at the store were apparently entertaining enough that E! created the spinoff DASH Dolls, which premiered September 20.
"DASH Dolls previously wrapped production and the show's fourth episode will air this Sunday. We are aware of the incident involving Malika and will not be commenting," an E! representative told People.
