DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios have both lawyered up and are attacking unflattering accusations regarding their stint on Bachelor in Paradise head on, but DeMario wishes no ill will towards her.

When DeMario was leaving a gym on Thursday, June 15, a TMZ paparazzo asked him the status on his Bachelor in Paradise footage retrieval, which DeMario sources say will prove his innocence in the drunken hookup he had with Corinne in Mexico that led to a halt in production on Season 4 and a Warner Bros. investigation of alleged "misconduct" on the set.
"Right now, I can't really say too much about it," DeMario told TMZ of the action he's supposedly taking to get ahold of the Bachelor in Paradise tape.
DeMario sources have alleged sexual activity between DeMario and Corinne was completely consensual, and that Corinne was actually the aggressor in the situation to begin with.
"My family and I are kind of weighing out our options... My mother and father, they have my best interest for everything. So I'm just waiting to see what they want to do and we'll go from there," continued the executive recruiter from Century City, CA.

DeMario wouldn't get into specifics of the case, but he said he wants the haters out there to stop bullying Corinne.
"At the end of the day, if you love me, love her as well," DeMario told the cameras.
Corinne released a statement on Wednesday saying she is "a victim" and insisting she's been dealing with "physical and emotional trauma" from the incident that occurred while filming Bachelor in Paradise.
Corinne, whom a producer worried was too drunk to consent to a sexual encounter, said that "as a woman," this is her "worst nightmare."
However, multiple Bachelor in Paradise sources allege Corinne was alert and "very with it" while hooking up with DeMario, TMZ reported.

A fellow cast member reportedly walked by the pool when Corinne was topless and had her legs wrapped around DeMario, and Corinne allegedly addressed the person coherently.
With such conflicting reports in the press, Bachelor Nation is choosing a side, and things have gotten pretty ugly. In a statement DeMario released last night, he said he doesn't appreciate that his character has been "assassinated."
"I don't like the whole slander of Corinne and people calling her names and whatnot," DeMario told the paparazzo.
"At the end of the day, nobody knows what happened except for what's on the tape. So that's all I have to say. Love me; love Corinne. I don't like the slander for both parties. I have respect for her and respect for her family."
While DeMario has been accused of "taking advantage" of Corinne due to her alleged state of intoxication and lack of awareness in the situation, sources close to DeMario told TMZ earlier this week that both individuals were drinking heavily in Paradise and Corinne initiated kissing and foreplay with DeMario before thrusting her genitals in his face to begin oral sex in the pool.

Warner Bros. said in a recent statement the company is looking into "allegations of misconduct" on the set of Bachelor in Paradise, and once the investigation is complete, "appropriate responsive action" will be taken.
