"I'm fine, I'm working on my booty," Demi jokingly captioned a photo of her backside Wednesday on Instagram.

"But no seriously thank you to everyone who has shown me mad love during this journey. I'm not gunna sugarcoat it, my ending was painful. I never thought I would've ended up falling for 'The Bachelor' but I did."

Once Colton returned from his one-on-one date with Kirpa Sudick, Demi decided to pay him a late-night visit to his hotel room. Not only did she want more time with the Bachelor, but she was hoping to steal his virginity.

After Demi expressed how she was falling in love with Colton, however, their conversation took a drastic turn because he didn't feel the same way.

"There is a part of me that just doesn't know if we can get there," Colton told Demi. "I just don't know right now if I can see myself with you at the end of this. I can't sit here, and after hearing this tonight, put you through a Rose Ceremony."

Demi burst into tears before leaving the show but thanked Colton for being honest, and then she advised him to stay away from the "safe choice" because it won't make him happy in the long run.

"I wanted to be the last girl there. I wanted him to reciprocate my feelings," Demi continued in her Instagram post.

"It's okay that it didn't happen, because I know he's happy and that makes me happy. My heart is open and I'm ready for wherever life is taking me next. Thank you @coltonunderwood for the wonderful memories you gave me."

Demi also thanked The Bachelor and ABC for giving her the opportunity to let her guard down and learn a little bit more about herself.

"It was a helluva ride and I WANNA RIDE IT ALL NIGHT LONNNGGG (had to end on a comedic note I was getting really sad)," Demi concluded in a way that's true to herself.

Demi wasn't the only bachelorette whom Colton eliminated during Monday night's episode of The Bachelor. He ousted Onyeka Ehie, Nicole Lopez-Alvar and Katie Morton -- and also saw Sydney Lotuaco quit the competition.

Heading into Episode 7 of Colton's journey to find lasting love next week, only seven women are still in the running for his final rose.
