As long as their daughters are happy, the same can apparently be said for Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.

Both the Denise Richards: It's Complicated star and her ex-husband were pleased with a Los Angeles Superior Court custody judge's Monday ruling on an emergency order Richards requested last week that would have restricted Sheen's access to 3-year-old Sam and 2-year-old Lola, E! News reported.
"[I'm] happy with the result," Richards told E! News. "It's all about the kids."
While neither side divulged why Richards requested the emergency order nor the exact results of the closed hearing, Sheen's attorney Fern Wender said his client retained his visitation rights with his daughters.
"We are very happy," Wender told E! News. "The commissioner denied the majority of [Richard's] motion. Charlie is thrilled with the result."

Richards' attorney Neal Hersh said he and his client were also "very pleased."
"We are very pleased the judge took the time," Hersh told E! News. "Denise will implement these orders and hopes Charlie will implement them."
While last Thursday's emergency hearing was closed to the public, it was reported that Richards requested the emergency order due to serious psychological issues at Sheen's home that could have an adverse impact on the two kids, and Richards wanted a professional to evaluate the situation.
"It was a serious issue that benefited the welfare of the children," Hersh told E! News on Monday, continuing to play coy. "It was a win situation for the children."
Sheen's publicist Stan Rosenfield echoed Hersh' sentiment and also continued to jab at Richards for basically asking for the emergency order to promote It's Complicated.

"Charlie only wants what is best for his young children," Rosenfield told E! News. "It is unfortunate that Richards and her attorney are trying to create a media circus to help her promote her reality television series."
Not surprisingly, Richards denied her frequent appearances in court were a publicity stunt.
"No one wants to go to court," she told E! News. "It's horrible. It's not for publicity, it's for the kids."
While Denise Richards: It's Complicated was being developed, Sheen refused to allow Sam and Lola to appear onscreen due to what he felt was "exploitative of the children for the mother's own vanity and greed." However Richards subsequently got the okay in Los Angeles Superior Court to allow the two children to appear in the show.
Richards wed Sheen in June 2002 before filing for divorce from the actor in March 2005. While the couple briefly reconciled, they moved forward with their divorce in January 2007 and it was finalized in November.
