Jenn said Devin broke up with her on the phone in August and then she woke up the next day to him "following girls" on Instagram.
"And not just any girl, but [Maria Georgas]," Jenn announced, referencing her fellow The Bachelor 28 alum who had been in contention to star on The Bachelorette's 21st season.
"Not only is that so disrespectful to everything we had shared with each other, but... it completely invalidates our entire relationship."
Jenn shared with Glamour magazine that "there were things that popped up" after she filmed After the Final Rose that has led her to believe Devin was trying to connect with more women than just Maria on social media.
"[There have been] certain girls DMing me to say he had been in their DMs and things like that," Jenn told the magazine on Wednesday, September 4.
"What that says to me is you have a lot of growing to do and this is on you and not me."
Jenn shared that she knows she's an "amazing woman" who has a lot "to offer" a man.
"But the fact that he's sitting here telling me on the phone that he's going to take this time to really work on himself and he is not going to date, but then turns right back around and lies to me... clearly that is not a me problem. That is a you problem," Jenn said.
The Bachelor alum Ashley Iaconetti revealed on her podcast that Devin had actually DMed one of her good friends.
"I was pretty unspoiled [about Jenn's The Bachelorette ending] until, within the last week, I heard from a really good friend who said that Devin had slid into her DMs," Ashley told Ben Higgins during the September 4 episode of their "The Ben & Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast."

Ashley elaborated how this news "spoiled things" for her because The Bachelorette spoilers had indicated Devin and Jenn were engaged.
"I didn't know exactly how that was going to end. But I knew they weren't together," Ashley noted.
Ashley confirmed this "good friend" is a random woman who never appeared on The Bachelor franchise, which Ashley believes made Devin's pursuit of her "even worse."
Ben sounded astonished and said, "Devin is so hungry and active that this comment... from Jenn, when she said, 'You followed Maria,' obviously had more weight to it. Because when he followed Maria before the freaking finale could even come out, he was messaging random humans not from the show."

Ashley agreed and pointed out how Jenn had even said the word "girls" during the finale when talking about women Devin had allegedly followed on Instagram.
"It's just a guess that [my friend] followed him because she's been a fan of him from the show, liked his personality, and then yeah, he DMed her!" Ashley said. "And he followed her back."
Jenn told Glamour that she has "no idea" what did or didn't happen between Devin and Maria other than the Instagram follow.

Jenn clearly found some closure with Devin over the Maria follow, but her healing process apparently began before the exes' After the Final Rose confrontation.
"Leading up to that day, I kind of had my own closure [knowing] he doesn't care about my feelings, and it's all about him and he's only going to be at this finale because he wants to save face for the world, but not necessarily help me feel any better," Jenn claimed.
"When somebody puts their own emotions over my own, it gives me closure in a way."
Jenn said she's glad the world knows about her heartbreak now and that she can try to move on from it all.
"I've been living this breakup kind of alone for the past month," Jenn said.
"I didn't really want to tell a lot of my friends and family, so to just have the outpouring of support now has been really helpful in the healing process."

On After the Final Rose, Devin admitted there was "no excuse" for following Maria on Instagram.
"I know how much that hurt you," Devin acknowledged.
"So you did it to be cruel?" Jenn asked.
"No, I did not," Devin responded. "I'm not here to tell you that you can't feel the way that you feel. Obviously I failed you, and there is nothing I can say other than that. But everything I felt for you was real."
"Was it?" Jenn snapped in reply. "Because you said, 'Oh, I was having such a hard time with this breakup.' Next thing I know, you were in New York clubbing with [Jeremy Simon]! You said, 'Oh, I need time and space because this makes me sad.'"

Jenn said when The Bachelorette aired every Monday night, her heart broke over and over again -- while Devin was allegedly out having fun, following women on social media, and posting funny memes about the show on social media.
"I found myself falling short of [your] expectations in the real world, and I found myself not being able to live up to the things that you need and deserve," Devin conceded, adding how Jenn had done nothing wrong.
Jenn insisted she had fought so hard to save their relationship but she doesn't regret her marriage proposal because she had popped the question to a totally different Devin.
But Jenn will have a good distraction from her split with Devin when she competes on Dancing with the Stars' upcoming 33rd season on ABC with her pro partner Sasha Farber.
