Dina Lupancu has a 1-on-1 date with Grant Ellis in Madrid

On September 30, Carbone made a social media post revealing that Grant Ellis was on a one-on-one date with Dina Lupancu near Plaza Mayor, Madrid's grand central square.
Carbone posted a video which showed Grant and Dina being filmed walking hand-in-hand in the heart of the oldest part of Madrid.
"Before this video was taken, they were at [a] shop where you write a love note and it's supposed to come true," he wrote.
