Discovery Channel has announced new Man vs. Wild fourth-season episodes will begin airing on Wednesday, January 6 at 9PM ET/PT.

Man vs. Wild's fourth season premiered in August, and the seven new episodes will continue to follow survival expert Bear Grylls as he visits some of the world's wildest locales.
The new episodes will feature Grylls as he travels to China, Panama, Montana, Guatemala and Poland and climbs a 200-foot waterfall, gets bitten by aggressive weaver ants, encounters a deadly Green Pit viper snake and lands on an active volcano.
"Man vs. Wild is truly the gold standard in survival and adventure," said Discovery president John Ford. "This season, Bear takes viewers to the edge reminding us why he is so remarkable and unique."

In addition to Man vs. Wild's debut, Discovery announced Solving History with Olly Seeds -- a new reality series that will follow the journalist as he investigates some of the world's biggest mysteries -- will premiere Wednesday, January 13 at 10PM ET/PT.
