Doctors treating rock star Bret Michaels at an undisclosed location are trying to find the source of bleeding in his brain, a post on his Web site said Sunday.

The report went on to say: "As we all know Bret is a fighter and we are hopeful that once all is complete the slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness, etc. will be eliminated and all functions will return to normal."
Michaels, a TV reality star as well as front man for Poison, was rushed to the hospital with a headache Thursday night and diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage Friday.
"Everyone at Michaels Entertainment would like to thank all fans and friends for their continued thoughts and prayers through this difficult time," the update said.
Michaels is currently seen in taped episodes of Donald Trump's "The Celebrity Apprentice" on NBC.
