Sadie, 17, is the granddaughter of Phil Robertson, the founder of Duck Commander. Her father is Willie Robertson, the company's current CEO. Sadie has walked the runway in New York Fashion Week to model her line of dresses labeled Live Original by Sadie Robertson, and in August 2013, she started a YouTube channel entitled "The New Different" with her friend.
In light of numerous controversies regarding Phil's active approach to preach his family's religious beliefs, Sadie has gone on record to defend her grandfather.
Back in May, Sadie's mother Korie Robertson told Us Weekly her daughter has always been interested in appearing on the reality dancing competition.
"I think that our kids are really natural in front of the camera and they have fun with it," the A&E star told Us. "Sadie, I think, wants to maybe be on a talk show and she wants to be on Dancing with the Stars!"
