Elisabetta Canalis is taking her relationship with orthopedic surgeon Brian Perri to the next level.

Ironically, Canalis' ex-boyfriend George Clooney, 53, will reportedly be getting married in the same month and country to fiancee Amal Alamuddin. Canalis and Clooney's relationship ended back in June 2011 after dating for two years.
"She's happy for him," a source told Us of Canalis and Clooney. "They have both moved on to find their own happiness."
Clooney's wedding is reportedly set for this fall near Lake Como and the couple just recently obtained their marriage license in London. Clooney and Alamuddin, a human rights lawyer, got engaged in April.
"This is the healthiest relationship I've ever seen George in," another source told the magazine of Clooney, who has also been linked to model and reality TV host Stacy Keibler.
Canalis and her professional partner Val Chmerkovskiy were the second couple ousted from Dancing with the Stars' thirteenth season.
