CBS has announced that for the week ending March 9th, it swept all programming categories -- reality, drama, new magazines and comedy -- in winning the week in viewers, households and adults 35-54. Four of the Top Ten most watched programs aired on CBS, starting with the #1 most watched program of the week -- Episode 4 of "Survivor: The Amazon!"

A "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" repeat was just behind at #2 for the week and CBS' leading news magazine, "60 Minutes" and the top comedy, "Everybody Loves Raymond" followed at #5 and #6 respectively. In households rankings, "CSI" #1, "Survivor" was #2, "60 Minutes" #3 and "Raymond" #5. CBS won the week without its regular winning Tuesday lineup and with a 52-minute delay on its strongest night, Thursday, for President Bush's news conference .

"Survivor: The Amazon" (13.5/20, 23.33m from 8:52-9:52 PM following the President's news conference) dominated the time period in households, viewers and key demographics with its most watched regular episode (excluding finales) since the second broadcast of "Survivor: Marquesas" one year ago. Survivor's average of 23.33 million viewers is the most for Survivor since the second episode of "Survivor: Marquesas" attracted 23.44 million viewers on March 7, 2002. "Survivor: The Amazon" also posted its highest adult 18-49 rating (9.3/23) since the premiere of "Survivor: Thailand" (9.6/28) on Sept. 19, 2002.
