CMT announced the 38-year-old "Dancing with the Stars" co-host Fox Sports host will co-host "the loudest night in country music" with the 27-year-old Houston Texans defensive end in a press release Wednesday.

The 2016 CMT Music Awards will take place June 8 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and air at 8 p.m. ET. Andrews and actress Brittany Snow hosted the 2015 award show, where Watt served as a presenter.

"I'm thrilled to come back to Nashville to co-host the CMT Music Awards," Andrews said in a statement. "I had so much fun last year, and I can't wait to see what antics J.J. and I will get into together."

"Having presented at the CMT Awards last year, I got a first-hand look at the energy and excitement of the event and I am very excited to be involved in a much larger capacity this year as co-host," Watt added.

CMT also revealed Cam and Fifth Harmony will perform a country-pop mash-up of "Mayday" and "Work From Home." The recording artists join previously announced performers Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and Luke Bryan.

The CMT Music Awards is a fan-voted award show honoring achievements in country music videos and television performances.

Cam, Shelton, Urban, Bryan, Carrie Underwood and Little Big Town are among the artists nominated for the 2016 Video of the Year.
