Mark Sanchez' publicist has confirmed the New York Jets quarterback has ended his brief romance with actress Eva Longoria.

Longoria, 37, confirmed she was dating Sanchez, 25, in early September.

"Mark adores and respects Eva," Sanchez' publicist told UsMagazine.com. "It really was about scheduling more than anything else. They will remain close friends."

"There was no drama," an insider told the magazine.

"They just have completely different schedules and lifestyles."

Longoria is currently working on "Ready for Love," a new reality dating series which will star three bachelors looking for love with the help of three matchmakers and premiere on NBC early next year.
