Budig's filing requests that the court not grant Guiney any spousal support, however the couple's breakup has been amicable, according to People.
Reports that Guiney and Budig's five-year marriage was on the rocks had first surfaced in January.

"It's over and it's been over for a while now."
Guiney and Budig subsequently released a statement that they still "love each other very much" and were still "best friends" but also acknowledged uncertainty about the future of their marriage.
"We don't know what the future holds," the couple said in the statement.
Guiney and Budig wed in July 2004 and have no children.
Budig left her role on All My Children -- which was filming in New York City at the time -- in early 2009 to instead spend more time in Los Angeles with Guiney. However All My Children subsequently relocated to Los Angeles and Budig has since returned to the series.
