Nick "Hogan" Bollea is allowed to drive in Florida again, however he apparently didn't stick around too long to make use of his new priviledge.

"I think the public will see him driving like a little old lady as opposed to Mario Andretti," Hogan's lawyer Kevin Hayslett told The Tribune.
In addition, Flordia's Deaprtment of Corrections has allowed Hogan to serve the remainder of his five-year probation in California, according to The Tribune, which added the 18-year-old left for the west coast on Monday.
Hogan reportedly plans to live with his maternal grandparents and attend school while in Cailfornia.
"Nick wants to get out of the local spotlight and restart his life," Hayslett told The Tribune.
Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles spokeswoman Ann Nucatola told The Tribune it is up to California state authorities to decide whether to maintain the "business-purposes-only aspect" of Hogan's newly reinstated license.
Hogan -- the son of wrestler and Hogan Knows Best patriarch Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea -- was released from Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL in October after serving 166 days of the eight-month sentence he received after pleading no contest to a reckless driving charge in May.
The reckless driving charges stemmed from an August 2007 car accident that left his passenger and friend John Graziano -- a former Marine who served in Iraq -- with a broken skull and other severe injuries that require lifetime medical care.
Hogan's driver's license was also suspended until 2011 as part of his punishment for the crash.
