The New York apartment of former reality TV star Jon Gosselin was vandalized and a number of items were removed from the home, Gosselin's representative says.

"He walked into his apartment and it was a disaster. The couch was cut up, his kids' Wii is missing, his Blu-ray DVD player is gone, the pots and pans are gone, the couch was sliced up, all of his clothes and shoes are all sliced and torn up," the representative said.
An unidentified source estimated the cost of the damage at $100,000.
A source said a note with the word "cheater" on it was impaled with a butcher knife on a bed headboard in the home, Us Magazine reported.
Law enforcement sources claim the note was signed with the name of Gosselin's former girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, TMZ.com reported.
