Jason Wahler has had yet another run in with the law.

Wahler was taken into custody around 1:45AM on Sunday and booked several hours later, according to E! News, which added he is currently being held on $20,000 bail pending a Monday arraignment.
A Wahler representative could not be reached for comment by E! News.
Wahler's weekend arrest represents the seventh time he's been arrested in recent years.
Most recently, Wahler was arrested in March and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in Newport Beach, CA.
He subsequently plead guilty on to drunken driving and was sentenced to three years probation, three months in an alcohol-offender program and two days in jail -- however he was given credit for time already served.
Early last week, Wahler was reportedly "very close" to an agreement to participate in the fourth season of VH1's Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.
