Corinne, 39, and Eliza, 35 -- who raced as friends and former Survivor castaways from Denver, CO, and New York, NY, respectively -- arrived at the fourth Pit Stop of Season 31 at Tam Vu Park in Vietnam in last place and were therefore ousted from the running to win $1 million.
"[Losing] was definitely worse because it was to [Rachel Reilly] and [Elissa Slater]," Eliza vented following her team's ouster, adding that the sisters were "fake" and she and Corinne never wanted to talk to them again.
Prior to their stint on The Amazing Race, Eliza previously competed on Survivor: Vanuatu -- Islands of Fire and Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites.
And Corinne previously competed on Survivor: Gabon as well as Survivor: Caramoan -- Fans vs. Favorites.

During a recent exclusive interview with Reality TV World, Corinne and Eliza talked about their time on The Amazing Race. Below is a portion of what they had to say.

Reality TV World: If Bret LaBelle and Chris Hammons hadn't survived a non-elimination leg, three Survivor teams would've been sent packing in a row. Why do you think Survivor hasn't performed all that well on The Amazing Race? And do you think Big Brother teams had some type of advantage no one saw coming?
Eliza Orlins: I think [Victor Arroyo] has an advantage!
Corinne Kaplan: Yeah. (Laughs) My assumption is they do have individual challenges, whereas Survivor, for the most part, you're working as a group and then it becomes Individual Immunity much later in the game.

So, I can't really explain why Survivor teams are performing poorly, but I can do the opposite and explain why former The Amazing Race teams are doing so well!
When you've done a show before, you are inherently better at it the second time around. That's just how it works. So, yeah, I mean, it's luck of the draw that maybe Survivor and Big Brother is worse than the other, but it is very clear that The Amazing Race teams are superior to all of us.
Reality TV World: Would you admit you underestimated some of the teams, like Rachel Reilly and Elissa Slater or Nicole Franzel and Victor, for example. I think I remember you calling Nicole and Victor "Team Dumb Dumb." Or would you still argue they've just gotten lucky?
Reality TV World: No, absolutely we underestimated how strong they'd be. I think calling them "Team Dumb Dumb" was just us talking about people whom we barely knew at that point and kind of leaning into our villain role.
But they are obviously a really strong team. They finished pretty high in all the legs so far, and they are fierce competitors.

Reality TV World: You seemed to get through the bamboo-boat "Irritation" Detour task easily enough. Is that accurate to say? How long did that take you to complete?
Corinne Kaplan: That boat, the length of that lake or pond or whatever you call it, was actually really long! And it was quite an arduous journey to try to move that basket through it. Both of my hands were bloody by the end of it.
Yes, we fell out of the boat after like two seconds. But we did that as flawlessly as we could. Would you agree, Eliza?
Eliza Orlins: Yeah. Absolutely. We were already pretty far behind at that point. I think the Reilly sisters were still there [at the Detour], but they left shortly thereafter and we were still completing the boat task.

And I think, you know, if you watch it back, even Victor is talking about how heavy the basket is to lift over the bridges -- because it gets filled with water. And so, like, Corinne and I lifting it, it was really difficult! It was not an easy task, but we did it as best we could.
Reality TV World: When I talked to Rupert Boneham and Laura Boneham earlier this season, they both agreed The Amazing Race was much more difficult than playing Survivor for a few different reasons. What are your perspectives on that? Would you agree?
Corinne Kaplan: No.
Eliza Orlins: Well, I think they're hard in different ways. I think Survivor is so hard because it's sustained misery. It's just you're miserable for such a long period of time, and once the game starts, you're in it for as long as you're in it.
So, it's just there's never any breaks. There aren't even moments where you're like, "Oh hey, we just finished a challenge and I'm sitting on the beach" -- you still have to be aware of every single thing you say and who's the target.
Everything matters once you're starting Survivor. It's just a long period of misery, but you're still somewhat in control of your own destiny.
Amazing Race is, like, misery -- extreme misery -- and then kind of like, "Okay, now you're on a break." And when you're on a break, you're actually on a break, whether you're laying at a Pit Stop or you're on a 12-hour flight. When you're on a break, you can kind of just hang out.
There's nothing you need to be doing or stressed out about. But the stressful moments are so incredibly stressful, and you have no control over a lot of that stuff, such as a bad cab drivers.

Reality TV World: At the time you left the Race, which team did you predict would win it all -- and which team were you actually rooting for to win the season?
Corinne Kaplan: I think we'd both [agree] it's a crapshoot between one of the Race teams. I mean, it was so evident they were so much better than the rest of us that it would've been hard to imagine that any other team was going to pull ahead.

Eliza Orlins: Right, those four teams were extremely strong.
Corinne Kaplan: Yeah, (laughs) they were really, really strong. And I mean, if I could pick any team to win, I would want Chris and Bret to win because they were still in the Race and they're Survivor people! We would have loved to see a Survivor team take it! Right?
Eliza Orlins: Yeah, or [Big Brother team Janelle Pierzina] and [Britney Haynes] probably because they were our closest friends and a girl-girl team.
Corinne Kaplan: Yes!
Eliza Orlins: We would have been really rooting for them.

Reality TV World: I was going to ask if you two envisioned having an alliance with any of the teams down the road. It sounds like maybe you were looking forward to working with Janelle and Britney then?
Eliza Orlins: Yeah!
