Farrah Abraham and Amber Portwood reportedly got into a heated physical altercation while taping Teen Mom OG's reunion special.

Tension heightened when Pinsky asked Abraham, 25, and Saran about offensive comments Saran had recently made about Baier. Saran reportedly called Baier a "pedophile" in a series of Snapchats featuring himself watching episodes of the MTV reality series unfold on television.
Saran appeared as if he was going to apologize to Baier, however, Abraham allegedly interjected and asserted, "Well, [Matt] does kind of look like a pedophile."
At that point, Portwood, 26, reportedly stormed onstage to defend her man, which prompted Abraham's father, Michael Abraham, to throw himself into the argument and defend his daughter.
Saran confirmed portions of the report with the following tweet: "Recap of reunion: @amberportwood trotting around like a hippo. Matt and another senior citizen in a small scuffle. #teenmomog."
Abraham and Saran have dated on and off for years, and in August, Abraham suggested to Us she was single. But as of September, the pair seemed to be back together when Saran spoke to RadarOnline about how dating the reality TV star is an "adventure."
Portwood and Baier got engaged in November 2014 but she later called off their wedding in order to work through some new issues first. The current status of their relationship is unclear although Portwood was quick to stand by him during the reunion taping.
The brawl went down with fellow Teen Mom OG stars Catelynn Lowell, 24, and newlywed Maci Bookout, 25, also onstage.
Teen Mom OG's sixth season premiered on August 22. The show currently airs on Monday nights at 9PM ET/PT on MTV.
