Farrah Abraham has been fired from Teen Mom OG for resuming her porn-star career.

The news came hours after she participated in a highly-promoted, live pornographic webcam show. Farrah reportedly chose to do the porn show because her first webcam appearance last month was hugely successful, drawing in about 80,000 viewers and crashing the CamSoda site, according to TMZ.
"[Viacom] let me go because as a Business Mogul I act like an adult and part take in adult promotions and activities that other adults do for FREE or in private !" the reality TV star captioned a photo of herself kissing her eight-year-old daughter Sophia on the cheek.
"Even though I have successfully been to gentlemen's clubs appearances they filmed and Viacom filmed me at the AVN's & Viacom shows and glorifies showing couples having sex on their network but as stated today 'my brands press out shines the Teen mom Viacom press.'"
Farrah continued, "Sad such a phenomenal show will no longer have its biggest talent on the show because of women hating, sex shaming, hate crimes, selfish, Weinstein company power trip behaviors against a professional hard working, honest mother."
An insider told Us Weekly that Farrah's firing "was all because of the porn" since her career doesn't "fit with the brand."
Farrah insisted she was "sex shamed" by executives and is "proud to not have a network take away financial opportunities for my goals."
"[I am] proud to be an Advocate for a healthy sex life, safe sex, teen pregnancy prevention and so much more while I run companies in different [fields] and scale them," Farrah wrote.
Teen Mom originally premiered on MTV in 2009 and aired four seasons on the network before ending in October 2012. MTV then revived the show as Teen Mom OG in March 2015.
While Teen Mom was off the air, Farrah filmed a sex tape with co-star James Deen which was released by Vivid in May 2013 as part of a reported near-million dollar deal.
Although Farrah -- who previously appeared on VH1 Couples Therapy -- claimed to In Touch Weekly in January 2014 that the porn tape, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, ruined her life, she subsequently released a sequel to the video, Farrah 2: Backdoor and More, in February 2014.
Farrah also released her own line of sex toys that year, but from that point forward, her participation as an actress in the adult film industry remained fairly quiet.

Teen Mom was then revived on MTV in early 2015 and began airing under a new name, Teen Mom OG, with "OG" standing for "original girls." In addition to Farrah, the show stars Maci, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell.
"Cheers to basically winning against hurtful disgusting executives who do way more in their personal lives [than] what I could ever be judged for - I will never be broken by hateful wrong people and if everyone else is brained washed, on drugs, pills, scheming thinking their at the top of their power trips I WISH to always be apart," Farrah wrote.
"I give this chapter of my life to GOD & all of his glory & to justice in court. If God's for you who dare be against you."
Farrah's statement about being fired from Teen Mom OG surfaced just hours after MTV released the Season 7 trailer for the show.
Farrah concluded her rant on Instagram by revealing the fact she's writing a new book and will be "sharing all of these life experiences in detail."
"From scheming producers & executives to jealous celebrities, what to do to over come, not be shattered & stay true to the free world we live in !" Farrah elaborated.
