Farrah Abraham has gone under the knife again.

Abraham said she needed the additional boob job for "reconstruction purposes."
"After months of severe debilitating pain, with on and off burning sensation around her breasts, Farrah will be having her third breast surgery," the reality TV star and former porn star told Us in a statement.
Abraham's procedure was done by Beverly-Hills based plastic surgeon Dr. Stuart Linder and took place on Friday, October 16.
Abraham tweeted a screenshot on Monday of her name trending on Facebook because of her surgery news.
"Thanks for all the love while I heal #3rdTimesACharm Thanks to @drstuartlinder #trending @facebook," she captioned the image.
All of this work apparently inspired Abraham to become a plastic surgeon herself. She recently revealed her plans to go to school to start the new career.
