Demonstrating that the breakout ratings that last spring's initial season of the show drew delivered don't appear to have been a fluke, Sunday night's premiere of the second edition of VH1's Flavor Of Love reality series drew the network's biggest season premiere audience ever.

In addition to ranking as the most watched cable program in its time period, Flavor of Love's second season premiere also ranked as the entire night's most watched cable program (a new half-hour episode of HBO's Entourage comedy finished second on the night with 2.4 million overall viewers.)
Flavor Of Love 2 and Entourage (which aired head-to-head against Flavor from 10-10:30PM ET/PT) finished tied for first in the night's Adults 18-49 demographic, with both shows drawing a 1.5/4 rating/share. VH1's season premiere of Celebrity Fit Club 4, broadcast as Flavor's 9PM ET/PT lead-in, averaged 1.8 million overall viewers.
Back in March, Flavor Of Love's 90-minute first season finale drew nearly 6 million viewers -- a performance that made it the most watched broadcast in VH1's history. The series ended with Flavor Flav selecting Nikki "Hoopz" Alexander as the recipient of his "undying love," however after the show ended the pair decided they were "better off just being friends."
