Flip or Flop Nashville will be premiering on HGTV sooner than viewers probably expected.

HGTV has announced exes-turned-business partners, DeRon Jenkins and Page Turner, will be renovating and selling homes on Flip or Flop Nashville when the new spinoff debuts Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 9PM ET/PT.
Flip or Flop Nashville will star the real estate and home renovation experts as they run a successful house flipping business despite choosing to end their marriage years ago.
The eight-episode series will follow DeRon, a licensed contractor, and Page, a seasoned real estate agent, attempting to transform "the worst properties" in Nashville into "stylish and functional" family homes, according to the network.
"We love to buy, renovate and flip houses -- but the craziest part is that we're exes," Page said in a statement. "Thankfully, in business, we work great together."

"Flipping a home successfully is a balancing act," added DeRon. "You need the right improvements to make the house appealing to buyers, but you don't want to overspend and lose your profit."
DeRon and Page's dynamic sounds similar to the relationship of original Flip or Flop stars Christina El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa, who split in May 2016 and filed divorce paperwork earlier this year. However, the couple continue to film new Season 7 episodes of their show.
DeRon and Page's goal for Flip or Flop Nashville will be to showcase why the city is a great place for flipping homes with its "booming housing market" and older houses that need renovation.
In the season premiere, Page surprises DeRon by purchasing a partially-renovated house located in a highly sought after neighborhood.
"I can't believe Page bought this house without telling me," DeRon said. "That's probably why we broke up!"

The home, an outdated 1960s rancher, needs a complete overhaul inside and out -- including replacing ill-fitting doors and finding matching brick that has been discontinued for decades. To sell the property for top dollar, Page and DeRon also incorporate a bright modern kitchen and a large master suite to increase the home's square footage.
Flip or Flop Nashville is just one of the franchise's numerous new installments starring different couples across the country.
Flip or Flop Vegas, Flip or Flop Atlanta, and Flip or Flop Fort Worth already premiered this year. In addition to the Nashville spinoff, Flip or Flop Chicago is also slated to debut next year.
HGTV just announced in September it will premiere Flip or Flop Paradise, which will follow expert flippers David Rivera and Chenoa Rivera as they renovate rundown homes in the charming small town of Paradise, CA, in April 2018.
