Flip or Flop stars Christina El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa are teasing one of best seasons yet of their HGTV reality show.

"Best Crew Everrrr!!! #fliporflop open house day," Christina, 34, captioned an Instagram of numerous crew members, including Tarek, 36.
And Tarek shared a similar picture on his own account, writing, "ANOTHER completed season 7 house!! I'm sooo excited for season 7 to air... may be my favorite EVER!! And... we have the best crew ever!! Great photo right??"
Although the former spouses called it quits on their seven-year marriage in December 2016, they have continued to film new episodes of their popular reality series as well as co-parent their two children -- daughter Taylor, 7, and son Brayden, 2.
"We're more than halfway through filming season 7," Tarek told Us Weekly.
"Episodes are great, the shows are great. I think it's going to be our biggest season yet... There's a lot of really, really cool things going into each property. We're just having fun with it and we're just trying to make the best show possible."
But Christina and Tarek unfortunately experienced tragedy before triumph when their longtime contractor and friend Frank Miller passed away in November after a battle with laryngeal cancer.
"Frank was very dear to me," Tarek, who is a two-time cancer survivor himself, told the magazine.
"We spent a lot of time together. He filmed with us, we started a construction company. He was my main guy. He had great stories. He was just a really, really good man. It was very, very sad to see what happened to him."
Although Christina and Tarek didn't publicly announce their split until late last year, the couple quietly separated in May 2016 following a blowout fight.
Tarek filed for divorce from the blonde beauty in January 2017, and she legally responded in August. Despite their high-profile divorce, the reality TV stars continue to make appearances together and work on joint real-estate and home-renovating projects.
