The spinoff will continue to feature Bristol Marunde, a contractor and MMA fighter, and his wife Aubrey Marunde, a real estate agent and designer, as they purchase, renovate and sell homes in Las Vegas.
The two expert home renovators will encounter challenges such as high-stakes house flips, dilapidated properties, and major design overhauls.
The 13 half-hour episodes will show Bristol and Aubrey making smart home improvements with a dash of Vegas-style glamour to transform rundown desert properties into lovely family homes.
"Real estate moves so fast in Vegas," Aubrey said in a statement. "Bristol and I have to be really careful about which properties we select and how much we invest in them, but, living in Vegas, we live for the gamble."
In the Season 2 premiere, the couple will return to the neighborhood that launched their flipping careers to find their next job -- a "dingy three-level home with an odd layout and an awkwardly placed staircase," according to the network.
Bristol and Aubrey will create an open concept in the main living area with kitchen upgrades and custom stair railings. The results will make the home seem more spacious and modern with fun colors, finishes and accents.
"We know that our homes appeal to Las Vegas buyers because they sell so quickly when we finish," Bristol said. "The thrill of the flip never gets old."
HGTV announced it had ordered another season of Flip or Flop Vegas in June 2017.
The first season of Flip or Flop Vegas premiered in April of last year and turned out to be a big hit. The Vegas edition was only one of multiple new Flip or Flop projects for HGTV last year, as the network also launched spinoffs in Chicago, Nashville, Atlanta and more.
