Flipping Out stars Jeff Lewis and Jenni Pulos have reportedly decided to end their business relationship -- and maybe even their friendship of more than 20 years.

According to multiple sources, Jenni has quit her position at Jeff Lewis Design, the house flipper's company, and they haven't spoken since the fallout, People reported.
Jenni reportedly chose to separate herself from Jeff several months ago and the dramatic moment in which she broke the news to him will air on Flipping Out's upcoming eleventh season, which premieres Tuesday, September 11 on Bravo.
"It's sad," one source told People. "They used to be inseparable but their differences just got too big to overcome."
"They found fame together so there was always this thought that nothing could tear them apart, but that hasn't been the case," the source added. "They'll never come back from this. It's over."

Both Jenni, 45, and Lewis, 48, declined comment on the matter, but a second source told the magazine this outcome was a result of tension increasing and building for months.
"It was a combination of things," the second source explained. "They both had different priorities pushing them in opposite directions... It was only a matter of time before it eventually exploded."
For starters, Jeff reportedly promoted Jenni to a new position within the company recently but she felt unappreciated and believed she wasn't reaching her potential.
Once Jenni returned from maternity leave after welcoming her second child, Georgia Grace, one year ago, many of her responsibilities had allegedly been redistributed and she felt opportunities to grow and advance within the design business were lacking.
"She felt entitled to more than Lewis could give her," the second source said.

But on Jeff's end, he was reportedly losing patience with Jenni, his longest employee.
"He thought of her as his No. 2, but she wasn't invested in the same way he was," the second source said.
According to a third insider, a blowout fight ruined what was left of Jeff and Jenni's friendship after months of issues.
"It was a horrible fight that was uncomfortable for everyone around them to watch," admitted the insider. "There were too many hurt feelings there and they both just unleashed on one another."
It's unclear how Jeff and Jenni will approach future seasons of Flipping Out now that they're at odds. After all, Jenni has played an integral role on the show since it debuted in July 2007, and she also serves as an executive producer alongside Jeff.

"They'll never film together again," the insider insisted. "Jeff has cut people out of his life before who wronged him, and that's where Jenni sits now. This feels like a goodbye, at least for her."
