Food Network announced it has renewed The Next Food Network Star for a sixth season and will begin casting for the culinary competition series next month.

Interested candidates attending one of the casting calls should bring an application, photograph and resume, which will allow them to meet with network casting directors.
Anyone unable to attend an open casting call may submit a three-minute audition video explaining why they should be Food Network's newest star. Applications, contest rules and submission instructions are available on Food Network's website.
The Next Food Network Star's fifth season premiered earlier this month and is currently airing in the Sundays at 9PM ET/PT timeslot.
