Former Poison frontman and "Nashville Star" judge Bret Michaels says he will break from his "Freedom of Sound" tour in early 2006 for a TV campaign for juvenile diabetes.

"It has on the front a (shirtless) picture of me, and it says 'Bret Michaels Diabetic' and how many injections I'd taken in my life as of the day we did the shirt, which was, like, 253,210. Then it says 'Fear Nothing. Survive It.'"
Michaels said the money raised by shirt sales will be used to send kids with juvenile diabetes to camp. Going to camp as a child makes all the difference in the world, Michaels said.
