There was no fairy-tale wedding at the end of Aaron Buerge's journey as The Bachelor's second-season star, however he was able to eventually find love.

"They seemed happy and genuinely excited to tie the knot," a guest told People. "Obviously, Angye was beautiful. He's got a lovely bride."
The ceremony -- which took place in the Grande Ballroom of the Historic Vandivort Centre, a venue owned by Buerge since 2006 -- was attended by roughly 75 guests, according to People.
Attendance reportedly doubled for the reception, which was catered by Trolley's Downtown Bar & Grille -- a Springfield eatery at which Buerge is a partner.
"It reflected who they are and the relationship they have," the guest told People about the event.
Buerge met McIntosh, a 33-year-old commercial insurance agent, through an ex-girlfriend and the two had been dating for a couple of years before tying the knot.
"They are always happy to be together," the guest told People. "They have the same goals, they have the same drive to be successful, they have the same interests, they're both very active. They love to run together, go for long walks. They love to travel on the rare opportunity that they have that opportunity."
Due to their busy schedule, the opportunity to travel for the first time as husband and wife apparently had to be delayed.
"They pretty much just went straight back to work," the guest told People.
Buerge appeared as the object of affection during The Bachelor's Fall 2002 second season and proposed to elementary school psychologist Helene Eksterowicz during the final Rose Ceremony. While she accepted the proposal, the couple called it quits in February 2003.
