Another bachelorette from Jake Pavelka's season of The Bachelor has died in an apparent suicide.

According to law enforcement sources in Columbus, OH, a 911 call was placed Saturday at 2PM ET/PT, after which she was rushed to the hospital in stable condition.
McAllister's family ultimately decided to withdraw her life support once it became clear her organs were failing.
A family insider told TMZ that McAllister had struggled with bipolar disorder and depression.
McAllister was billed as a 25-year-old entrepreneur from Galloway, OH when she competed on The Bachelor: On The Wings of Love.
Pavelka ended up proposing to Vienna Girardi on the finale of the show when it aired in 2010. The couple had a volatile and messy split, and McAllister publicly took Girardi's side.
If McAllister's death is definitely ruled a suicide, she'll be the second woman from Pavelka's season to take her own life. Third-place finisher Gia Allemand, who also later appeared on Bachelor Pad, hanged herself in August 2013.
