Former The Bachelor star Chris Soules has admitted ABC asked him to appear on Bachelor in Paradise and he may consider it.

Soules revealed producers approached him to appear on Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise last summer as well as the spinoff's upcoming Summer 2017 edition.

"I've already been asked. I don't know what to do," the Season 19 Bachelor told Entertainment Tonight in a recent interview while staring down at the table and appearing discouraged.

"I was asked last season, and I said, 'No.' And this season [I was also asked]."

The upcoming fourth season of Bachelor in Paradise will certainly feature at least a couple of bachelorettes from Nick Viall's currently-airing season of The Bachelor.

Some Season 21 standouts included Danielle Lombard, Corinne Olympios, Danielle Maltby and Kristina Schulman.

As for whether Soules might be interested in dating one of Viall's ex-girlfriends, he said, "You know, I don't know."

"I'd like to meet some of them. I think some of them are really cool," the Iowa farmer continued.

"But watching it, it's so hard to really learn, like -- I don't know. I guess I'm a little jaded to a certain extent -- but it's hard to [tell]. I think there's so much more to learn. I'd need to meet these girls in person."

But the beautiful Raven Gates and Vanessa Grimaldi are still in the running for Nick's heart, and Rachel Lindsay has been named The Bachelorette's Season 13 star.

One reason Soules has been hesitant to appear on Bachelor in Paradise?

"You know, I've gotten chubby!" he said with a big laugh. "My main concern is, like, those guys have abs! Sh-t!"

"The one thing a lot of people don't get to see is my hokey side," added the former Dancing with the Stars contestant.

"So I probably, I mean, I know I would have a ton of fun. But I don't know. If I can keep my T-shirt on when I'm in the ocean [then maybe]."

Soules proposed to Whitney Bischoff at the conclusion of his The Bachelor season, but they split seven months after he popped the question in an Iowa barn in 2014 and only two months after the March 2015 finale aired on ABC.
