In addition, Wahler also received three months in an alcohol-offender program and two days in jail -- however he was given credit for time already served, People reported.
Wahler was arrested in March and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol in Newport Beach, CA.
He had a blood-alcohol level of .19 at the time -- more than twice the legal limit -- and was taken into custody before being released on his own recognizance hours later.
The arrest was the sixth drinking-related arrest for Wahler in recent years.
A representative for Wahler could not be reached for comment when contacted by People.
