"The cases against Nikki Blonsky and Bianca Golden have been dropped," Turks and Caicos Police Sergeant. Calvin Chase told E! News in a Wednesday report.

Golden and Blonsky were both arrested and charged with assault with actual bodily harm -- which carried a maximum two-year sentence -- following an altercation last July at the Providenciales International Airport in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The fight reportedly started when Golden, her brother George and their mom Elaine Clinton-Golden were waiting for a flight to New York in the departure lounge and removed Blonsky's luggage from a few chairs so they could sit.

"Things got out of hand in an argument over seats in the departure lounge, and several people were involved in an altercation," a Providenciales Police Department source told People magazine at the time. "There were some injuries involved."

Both Golden and Blonsky offered separate accounts of what happened during the altercation in the aftermath following their arrests. While Blonsky stated that Golden cursed at her and punched her in the face, Golden denied the claims and stated that Blonsky's mother had kicked her in the groin and that Blonsky's father had "attacked" and punched her mother.

Blonsky's father was also charged with grievous bodily harm, which means the alleged victim was injured so severely they needed immediate medical care. The charge carries a five-year maximum sentence. His case is still underway, according to E! News.

Golden was the tenth girl eliminated from America's Next Top Model's ninth season.  While competing, she developed quite a reputation for frequently butting heads with the other girls on the show.
