The second edition of Fox's The Swan might only be premiering this evening, but that's not stopping the network from beginning the casting process for a third edition of the extreme makeover series that transforms self-described "ugly ducklings" into gorgeous beauties.

All applicants must have health and dental insurance, not be recovering from any surgeries or illnesses and also not need to lose more than 40 pounds. In addition to the below open casting calls, mail-in applications are available from Fox.com. But act quick, because mail-in submissions must be received by November 1!
