Millions of Americans dream of becoming musical superstars. "Soundmix," the new variety series premiering this summer on FOX, will turn those dreams into reality with a-once-in-a-lifetime chance for ordinary people to transform into their musical icons.

Through elaborate hair, make-up and costuming, precision choreography and breathtaking stage scenery, amateur performers will have the chance to sing in their own voices in front of a live studio audience, all the while looking just like their favorite musical superstar. Each week, a winner will be crowned and qualify to return for the finale, where they will compete for a grand prize. Already a television sensation throughout Europe, "Soundmix" currently airs in 10 countries with 62 cumulative seasons produced.
