MediaWeek reports that the Wednesday 9PM premiere of "Paradise Hotel" placed fourth overall in it's time slot ratings with 5.1/ 8 from 9-10 p.m. -- six percent below its disappointing "American Juniors" lead-in ("Juniors" was #2: 5.4/ 9 at 8:30 PM).

Toni (who previously appeared on FOX's "Love Cruise") must be having a deja vu feeling -- "Love Cruise", one of the all-time great bombs of reality television ratings, also placed fourth in it's premiere, scoring a 5.7/8 rating.
