Fox has announced the 12 wannabe chefs and restaurateurs who will be trying to please foul-mouthed British chef Gordon Ramsay on the third season of Hell's Kitchen, which is scheduled to premiere on Monday, June 4 at 9PM ET/PT.

Saying Ramsay is hard to impress is an understatement, as during each week of the culinary competition, the hopefuls will attempt to prove they have the right ingredients to run their own successful restaurant with a menu that sizzles.
Like the show's first two seasons, Hell's Kitchen's third season cast will have to both work and live together in a restaurant/housing facility that will keep the contestants under cameras 24/7. Similar to last season, Hell's Kitchen 3's Blue and Red teams will also be divided by gender, with the cast's six men battling against the cast's six women.
According to Fox, Hell's Kitchen's third season cast will be competing to become head chef at a new Italian restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. Green Valley is the sister-luxury property of the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa property that includes T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge restaurant, the resturant where Hell's Kitchen 2 winner Heather West was supposed to become executive chef. However for reasons unexplained by Fox, West apparently never received that position and is instead currently working as senior chef at Terra Rossa restaurant, another Red Rock Casino restaurant.
The twelve contestants who will be competing on Hell's Kitchen 3 are:
- Aaron Song, a 48-year-old retirement home chef from Palos Verdes, CA
- Brad Miller, a 25-year-old sous chef from Scottsdale, AZ
- Eddie Langley, a 28-year-old grill cook from Atlanta, GA
- Josh Wahler, a 26-year-old junior sous chef from Miami Beach, FL
- Rock Harper, a 30-year-old executive chef from Spotsylvania, VA
- Vinnie Fama, a 29-year-old nightclub chef from Milltown, NJ
- Bonnie Muirhead, a 26-year-old nanny and personal chef from Los Angeles, CA
- Jen Yemola, a 26-year-old pastry chef from Hazelton, PA
- Joanna Dunn, a 22-year-old chef's assistant from Detroit, MI
- Julia Williams, a 28-year-old short-order cook from Atlanta, GA
- Melissa Firpo, a 29-year-old line cook from New York, NY
- Tiffany Nagel, a 27-year-old kitchen manager from Scottsdale, AZ
