Frank has been given a second chance to play Big Brother. He returned to the house with three other veteran players -- Da'Vonne Rogers, James Huling and Nicole Franzel. Although Frank painted a huge target on himself his first time playing the game, he's managing a better, under-the-radar game this time around.
While Frank didn't win the first Head of Household competition, he secretly won the show's new "BB Roadkill" competition, which allowed him to anonymously choose an eviction nominee. If any nominee wins the Power of Veto and removes him or herself from the block, the Roadkill winner also gets to select the replacement nominee.
Big Brother fans are expecting big things to come from Frank!
